Hello, brave patates! 🥔 Big update - next Friday I'm flying to… drum roll please… Turkey 🇹🇷

It's for my coaching course - we're doing a week long in person retreat with daily lectures, meditations, and workshops. I get in early to fit in a day of excursions, too. Let me know if you've been to Istanbul!

I'll be there till the 25th so the newsletter will be on a gentle pause while I absorb new information.

In other news, I got this maybelline tattoo studio brow gel, and this thing does. Not. Move. Highly recommend. Also started reading Lord of the Rings!
